Refund Policy

1. Free Content

All current affairs articles, daily quizzes, and blog content on MockOcean are free and do not require any payment. No refund applies to free content.

2. Premium Subscriptions

For paid subscriptions (Basic and Pro plans):

• 7-Day Refund Window — You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. No questions asked.
• After 7 Days — Refunds are not available after the 7-day window. You will continue to have access until your subscription period ends.
• No Partial Refunds — We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at contact@mockocean.com with your registered email address and payment reference number. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

4. AI Credits

AI credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused AI credits may be refunded within the 7-day window along with the subscription refund.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining period.
